When you register for an account, we collect your email address and password. When you use Techrider.live to build technical riders, we store the stage plots (instrument types, locations), input list details (mics, patch specs, stand choices), monitor mix configurations, and band contacts that you input.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and optimize our services. Specifically, we use your email to authenticate your dashboard access, manage your workspace, and send updates regarding the beta phase. Your rider content is stored securely so that you can edit, export to PDF, and share live links with venue teams.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We utilize Supabase as our backend database provider, meaning your data is stored securely on their managed infrastructure. We only expose contact details on public share links if you explicitly choose to make them visible in the editor contacts panel.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use secure session cookies to keep you signed in and Google Analytics to measure visits, referral sources, and successful product actions such as account registration, Rider creation, share-link creation, and PDF export. We do not send email addresses, Rider content, or share tokens to analytics, and we do not use cross-site advertising scripts.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can edit or delete individual riders, stage plots, or your entire account at any time through the workspace settings. Once deleted, your data is removed from our active database.
