1. Beta Phase & Services

Techrider.live is currently in public beta testing. You acknowledge that features are subject to frequent updates, changes, and modifications. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

2. User Accounts

To access our editor, you must create a workspace account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain all ownership rights, including copyrights, to the text data, contact details, patch listings, and layout configurations you input or generate using our service. By creating riders, you grant Techrider.live a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the sharing and rendering services to you and your designees.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to upload harmful, offensive, or infringing material, spam share links, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or speed of the Techrider.live platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Techrider.live, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to technical errors, stage plot misalignments, or show delays.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
