Methodology
How it works
The validator applies a small, deterministic ruleset to text in your browser. It checks for evidence of contacts, version control, stage dimensions, input channels, monitors, power, backline, and schedule information. It also highlights wording such as “standard PA,” “adequate power,” “professional microphones,” and unresolved TBD/TBC placeholders, plus repeated channel numbers in line-oriented lists. A match only shows that useful wording is present; it does not prove the requirement is correct, safe, current, or agreed. A missing match may be a false positive when a document uses unusual language. Each result therefore includes a rule ID and an example fix instead of a pass/fail score. The pasted rider is never placed in the URL, draft handoff, or analytics. Only the generated findings may be copied, downloaded, printed, or carried into a new Rider.

Is my rider uploaded or stored?
No. This version processes pasted text in your browser. Analytics receives counts and character ranges, never the rider text.
Does a clean result mean the rider is approved?
No. It only means the deterministic rules found no checklist issue. Artists, venues, production teams, and qualified specialists must review the document.
Can it read PDF, DOCX, scans, or images?
Not in this release. Paste extracted text so the privacy boundary stays clear and the result remains deterministic.
