Methodology
How it works
The planner builds a continuous run of show from the first set start, each set duration, and the changeover following that act. It treats line check as work inside the changeover window and reserves five additional minutes for the physical stage reset. A shorter window is flagged as a conflict rather than silently moving a published set time. Shared backline and lane ownership are explicit confirmations because they are common sources of delay. The timeline is an advance document, not a live dispatch system. Export it only after artist crew, stage crew, audio, and lighting/video owners have reviewed their actions and dependencies. Weather holds, curfew policy, rolling risers, duplicated backline, RF coordination, video changeover, and venue safety calls remain local production decisions.

Does line check happen inside the changeover window?
Yes. The conflict check reserves the entered line-check time plus five minutes for stage reset inside the changeover.
Does this replace a stage manager?
No. It creates a reviewable plan; the stage manager and department owners still call and adapt the live changeover.
